This Privacy Policy explains how InnerIndex Inc. ("InnerIndex," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit https://www.innerindex.io (the "Site") or contact us through it.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers receive your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies. We use one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We measure Site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports aggregated data that does not identify you.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
- Discuss and arrange our services if you ask us to
- Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraud, and keep the Site secure
- Understand and improve how the Site is used
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

We operate in the United States and Japan, and our service providers are located in the United States. Your information may be processed in either country.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, and then delete it.
7. Security
We protect personal information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access with multi-factor authentication, and by accepting text only through our contact form (no file uploads). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
- Access or obtain a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@innerindex.io. We will verify your request before responding. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The Site does not track you across third-party websites, so it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a Global Privacy Control signal requires no further action from us.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
