Misha Ota (太田 ミハイル)
Founder / Representative Director
Has worked across project management, business design, and data architecture in robotics, software, and enterprise AI. Today the focus is not just on introducing AI, but on how it actually improves the way work gets done, and on making that stick with the teams who use it. Born in Tokyo, with teenage years spent in Buenos Aires.

Background
Data and business process integration projects
Led the build-out of a company-wide sales data foundation and the systematization of an AI-enabled quality analysis process.
Selected for the DelightX Acceleration Program, Delight Ventures
Carried out business validation (PoC) of a CRM system in the U.S. market.
COO, software development company
Built the process standardization and knowledge management foundation for organizational growth. As a player-manager, oversaw new projects from requirements through delivery.
PMO and business development, robotics startup
Handled government negotiations, stakeholder management, and project execution on a robotics development and demonstration project under METI. Also created new customer touchpoints at trade shows and similar events.
Application developer and sales, robotics company
Developed and implemented robot applications, supported deployment and operations, and managed orders and quotes.

Key experience
Data integration, management KPIs, and adoption
In sales, implemented automated customer data matching and stalled-deal detection, and designed how they run as a new management KPI. Handled the build, go-live, and three months of adoption support including frontline training, and is now planning the integration with the ERP (core system).
AI-driven business transformation (process update)
In a manufacturer's system renewal, led the design and development of an AI platform in a security environment with restricted external connections, making it possible to analyze design documents and past incident data together. Also helped rework workflows around the use of AI. Reduced the dependence of quality analysis and root-cause investigation on the tacit knowledge of experienced staff.
Public-private and government projects
At a robotics startup, worked on a demonstration project under Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Coordinated with stakeholders including government agencies and private companies, and moved forward a project with many requirements.
New business development and global validation
Selected for Delight Ventures' DelightX Acceleration Program, and ran business validation (PoC) of a CRM system in the U.S. market.
